Data sent between your browser and our servers is encrypted in transit, and data stored in our database is encrypted at rest. Passwords are never stored in plain text.
Your study data is only visible to you, and to a teacher only if you explicitly join their class. Access rules are enforced at multiple layers so that data stays scoped to the right person.
My Study Diary runs on a reputable managed cloud platform with independently audited security practices. Backups are encrypted and rotated regularly.
We do not use advertising trackers or behavioural profiling. Your study sessions, notes, and exam dates are yours alone. We only process data to deliver the service you signed up for.
You can enable two-factor authentication on your account for an extra layer of protection, so that even if your password is compromised your account stays secure.
When you sign up or change your password, we help you avoid weak or previously compromised passwords.
If you discover a vulnerability or suspicious activity, please email us at mystudydiary.com@gmail.com. We take all reports seriously and will respond as quickly as possible.
Security is not a one-time task. We regularly review our systems, update dependencies, and improve our protections over time.
